Solution Overview
The product ecosystem includes the UC Series IPPBX, SBC Session Border Controllers,MTG Digital Trunk Gate- ways,IP Phones, and the NMS Network Management Platform, providing financial institutions with secure and reliable one-stop voice platform solutions.
This solution adopts the Dinstar UC8000 Softswitch System as the core voice service platform, integrated with SBCs,MTG trunk gateways,IP phones, and the NMS management platform to build an IPT office communication system featuring "Dual-Site Dual-Data-Center+Remote Disaster Recovery"architecture together with full-stack Localization capabilities.
The platform supports local dual-system hot standby, remote disaster recovery,real-time data synchronization, seamless automatic failover,end-to-end encrypted transmission, and centralized O&M management, fully meet- ing the 7×24 uninterrupted operation requirements of financial institutions.

Telephony System Deployment

Local Dual-Data-Center Deployment(Active-Active)
Two local data centers are established within the same city and interconnected through dedicated private net- works or DWDM optical fiber links. Each data center deploys:
(1)Dinstar UC8000 system (local dual-system hot standby)
(2)Dinstar SBC8000(dual-system hot standby)
(3)NMS management platform
The UC8000 serves as the core switching platform responsible for callcontrol, routing scheduling, numbering management, and business processing, supporting up to 20,000 registered extensions and 4,000 concurrent calls.
Through active-active data synchronization between the two centers, configuration, status, and service data are replicated in real time.In the event of a primary center failure, the standby center can seamlessly take over within milliseconds, achieving local active-active disaster recovery capability.
The SBC8000 is used for carrier SIP Trunk access and provides security capabilities including NAT traversal, topology hiding, communication encryption, attack prevention,anti-toll fraud protection, and access control,en- suring secure and compliant carrier connectivity.
The SBC systems deployed in the dual local data centers are interconnected through SIP Trunks to provide route redundancy and backup.
Each local data center deploys an NMS management platform for centralized management of UC systems, SBCs,IP phones, and other devices within the bank.NMS data is synchronized in real time to provide mutual disaster recovery backup.

Remote Disaster Recovery Center
The remote disaster recovery center also deploys:
(1)UC8000(dual-system hot standby)
(2)SBC8000(d ual-system hot standby)
(3)NMS management platform
The remote center interconnects with the local dual-data-center systems through SIP signaling and asynchro- nous data synchronization, forming a cross-region disaster recovery architecture.
In the event of a complete failure of the local dual-data-center platform, the remote disaster recovery center can rapidly take over services, ensuring uninterrupted voice communications across the entire bank.

Full Localization Support
The UC8000,SBC8000,and NMS systems can all be deployed on localized CPU platforms such as Huawei Kunpeng,Phytium, and Hygon processors, together with Kylin operating systems, and can integrate with local- ized databases such as Dameng and GaussDB,fully meeting the bank's deployment requirements.

Telephony System Deployment

User Access Layer
The bank-wide IP private network uniformly carries communications between headquarters and branch offices to the core switching platform, enabling unified numbering, unified routing, and centralized management across the entire network.
Headquarters Side:
Deploy Dinstar IP phones (new deployment)while simultaneously supporting the reuse and registration of exist- ing Cisco and Avaya IP phones to protect existing investments and enable smooth migration.
The IP phones are configured with SIP server addresses for all three data centers to provide SIP server disaster recovery capability
● Branch Office Side:
Deploy new Dinstar IP phones together with the UC350Pro local survivable IPPBX connected to traditional PSTN lines.
In the event of an IP private network or core platform failure, branch office phones can continue local calling and external PSTN dialing through the survivable IPPBX,ensuring business continuity for branch operations.

Telephony System Deployment

O&M Management Layer
All three data centers deploy the NMS management platform with cross-site data synchronization, enabling unified monitoring, configuration management, alarm management, log auditing, and remote O&M management for all devices across the network.
The platform supports centralized and visualized management by the bank headquarters for all data centers and branch office devices, significantly improving operational efficiency while reducing management costs.
